Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Relationship Manager to spearhead our regional business growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills to develop and maintain strong partnerships with corporate, banks, distributors, and agents.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in consultative sales, finance, and treasury, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, selling, and managing relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
  • Developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market share.
  • Fostering strong relationships with branch managers, senior RMs, and regional heads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining a network of agents and distributors to expand our reach and presence in the market.
