Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Executive to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guests, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Manage the front office in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Ensure the achievement of defined key performance indicators and service level agreement targets.
  • Coordinate with site personnel to ensure timely notification of guest arrivals and follow-up calls where necessary.
  • Issue visitor badges, temporary cards, and service badges as required, and follow up on the return of respective ID/access cards.
  • Ensure safety briefings are provided to clients, visitors, and interview candidates, and provide necessary emergency/safety brochures.
  • Maintain visitor log books and book taxis as needed.
  • Assist with special needs for visitors with disabilities.
  • Ensure the basic cleanliness of the lobby, lifts, and public areas.
  • Scan laptop details and check for government IDs.
  • Handle client/visitor/sponsor complaints and feedback, and communicate to the next level or as per the escalation matrix.
  • Coordinate with night shift front office executives to ensure details of large parties are received and badges are ready for allocation on arrival.
  • Follow client safety and security protocols.
  • Perform daily reconciliation and shredding of daily badges.
  • Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, including crisis management and business continuity.

  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Quick learner and ability to motivate self.
  • Proven working experience as a guest relations executive.
  • Confidently able to present to clients.
  • Hands-on experience in using visitor management software and MS Office.
  • Strong team player within a customer service team environment.
