Job Description

At Global Dynamic Talent Solutions, we are seeking a Guest Relation Manager to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for managing guest services and front desk operations, ensuring the quality, standards, and meeting the expectations of our customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing guest services and front desk operations
  2. Utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
  3. Ensuring compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
  4. Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
  5. Supporting handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts


Requirements:
  1. Work Experience - 5+ years
  2. Good looking and communication skills
  3. Preferred candidates from the Wellness Industry (Naturopathy/Ayurveda hospitals)
  4. Females only
