Guest Relations Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Executive to join our team at JLL. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guests, and visitors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a positive first impression of our organization and providing a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner, reflecting the corporate image of JLL.
• Notify site personnel of guest arrivals and coordinate with hosts/sponsors as needed.
• Issue visitor badges and access cards, and ensure their return to stakeholders.
• Conduct safety briefings and provide emergency/safety brochures as required.
• Maintain visitor logs and book taxis for visitors with special needs.
• Ensure the cleanliness of lobby, lifts, and public areas.
• Scan laptop details and verify government IDs.
• Handle client/visitor complaints and feedback, and communicate with next-level management as needed.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and motivate self.
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with visitor management software and MS Office.
• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
Location: On-site – Coimbatore, TN
