
Regional Business Expansion Manager

This is a leadership position that requires strategic planning, effective team management, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales executives and general managers to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute region-specific strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Conduct regular team reviews to monitor performance, address challenges, and maintain motivation.
- Provide actionable plans to achieve franchise onboarding targets for the region.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in team management, franchise closures, and target achievement.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to support team activities and franchise closures.
