Regional Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute region-specific strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Conduct regular team reviews to monitor performance, address challenges, and maintain motivation.
  • Provide actionable plans to achieve franchise onboarding targets for the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in team management, franchise closures, and target achievement.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively to support team activities and franchise closures.
