West Region Account Expansion Manager

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an accomplished West Region Account Expansion Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across OEM accounts in the Western region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by meeting revenue and margin targets for assigned OEM accounts.
  • Lead and coach a team of associates to achieve targets through effective leadership and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers through excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in capital goods or industrial product segments.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer-oriented achiever who builds trust and dedication through a customer-first mindset.
  • Motivated and driven individual with high learning agility to grow into larger roles.
