As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an accomplished West Region Account Expansion Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across OEM accounts in the Western region.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by meeting revenue and margin targets for assigned OEM accounts.
- Lead and coach a team of associates to achieve targets through effective leadership and guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers through excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
- Minimum 12 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in capital goods or industrial product segments.
- Engineering degree.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A customer-oriented achiever who builds trust and dedication through a customer-first mindset.
- Motivated and driven individual with high learning agility to grow into larger roles.
