
Regional Key Accounts Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Key Accounts Sales Manager to lead and grow our beverage sales operations in the West region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the B2B space focussed on beverages, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing distributor networks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national objectives.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the beverage category.
Market Expansion & Channel Development:
Identify new business opportunities.
Expand and optimize distribution network, including appointing and managing channel partners.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of Beverage Sales Specialists and field executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure execution of market activities.
Customer & Distributor Management:
Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, & HoReCa.
