Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales performance, market expansion, and brand visibility. The RSM will manage a team, develop regional strategies, and execute ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Drive market expansion by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL activities (e.g., print media, radio, TV, outdoor hoardings) to build brand visibility.

Lead BTL activities (e.g., camps, kiosks, door-to-door awareness campaigns, clinic activations, health checkup drives, and in-clinic events) to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with audiologists, clinics, hospitals, and channel partners.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to proactively address challenges and leverage opportunities.

Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to management.

Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.

Ensure adherence to pricing policies, commercial terms, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to customize regional promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in hearing aids, healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or retail healthcare industry.

Experience in planning and executing ATL and BTL marketing activities is a must.

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates from the hearing aid industry, audiology, retail healthcare, optical, or medical device sectors are preferred.

Experience handling both B2B (clinics, hospitals) and B2C (end-users) models is an advantage. Benefits:
