Cloud Telephony Technical Support Specialist - India

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cloud Telephony Technical Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to cloud telephony systems, ensuring seamless communication services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, service levels, based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service is given at all times.
  3. Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
  4. Support any new initiatives in the directorate.
  5. Balance customer interests with the interests of Sarv.com.
  6. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to identify and document necessary information.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or customer service in a cloud telephony or telecommunications environment.
About You:

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cloud technologies and telephony solutions, with a keen interest in providing excellent technical support and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is between ₹400,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
