Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Telephony Business Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and driving growth by engaging potential clients and converting them into valuable business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calling to potential clients, introducing our cloud telephony solutions and identifying sales opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and how our cloud telephony services can benefit them.
- Nurture relationships with prospects, moving them through the sales pipeline until they are ready for further engagement by the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in CRM software to track progress and ensure follow-up.
- Research and target new potential clients in relevant industries to expand our customer base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to support the overall sales goals of the company.
- Proven experience in lead generation or cold calling, preferably in the cloud telephony or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients and build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of cloud telephony services and their benefits to businesses.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and track leads.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over lead generation processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve business goals.
