We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to generate high-quality leads for our Cloud Telephony services through proactive outreach and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cloud telephony industry and will be responsible for driving growth by engaging potential clients and converting them into valuable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients, introducing our cloud telephony solutions and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and how our cloud telephony services can benefit them.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects, moving them through the sales pipeline until they are ready for further engagement by the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in CRM software to track progress and ensure follow-up.
  • Research and target new potential clients in relevant industries to expand our customer base.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to support the overall sales goals of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud telephony trends and technologies to effectively communicate our product's value proposition.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or cold calling , preferably in the cloud telephony or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients and build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet targets.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud telephony services and their benefits to businesses.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage and track leads.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over lead generation processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve business goals.


People having experience working with Cloud Telephony Industry is preferred.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly within the telecommunications or cloud technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, social selling, and other outreach strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs.
