We collaborate with industry leaders worldwide, hosting various networking events including international business congresses, conferences, exhibitions, 1-2-1 meetings, award ceremonies, and VIP receptions.
Job Overview:
The Media Partnership specialist will play a crucial role in driving the company's partnership strategies forward. This includes media acquisition, negotiation of barter deals, email marketing campaigns, social media management, relationship management, and administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
Media Acquisition:
- Research and establish connections with potential media partners, industry bodies, and relevant organizations to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners for future outreach.
- Optimize media partnerships for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Negotiation of Barter Deals:
- Secure partnerships through barter arrangements, exchanging promotional content, exposure, or services.
- E nsure mutual value in all partnerships, fostering long-lasting relationships.
Email Marketing and Campaigns:
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to promote conferences and events.
- Analyze email performance, monitoring open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Guarantee GDPR compliance and effective audience segmentation.
- Negotiate placements for e-shots and other promotional materials with partner organizations.
Social Media Management:
- Design and implement tailored social media strategies for each conference and event.
- Create engaging content and manage paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube to boost event awareness and registrations.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to inform future marketing decisions.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to identify new opportunities and ensure smooth execution of agreements.
Administrative Support:
- Manage partnership contracts, documentation, and timelines to guarantee seamless execution.
- Maintain a database of partners and media contacts for future collaborations.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B or events sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop actionable strategies.
- Creative and proactive approach to tasks.
Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
