Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the cloud telephony market.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and verticals.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels including outbound calls, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential clients that can benefit from cloud telephony solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our cloud telephony products.
  • Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, including C-level executives, IT directors, and business owners.
  • Develop long-term partnerships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the legal and technical teams to ensure smooth contract agreements and delivery.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about new features, updates, and customer feedback.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a sales management role, ideally in the SaaS, cloud communication, or telephony industry.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of cloud telephony solutions, VoIP, and unified communications platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales or cloud telephony (e.g., cloud communication platforms) will be an advantage.


Prior experience with Cloud Telephony / Telecommunication industry is preferred .
