Position: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Remote, Flexible Schedule

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT support team at Lotus Interworks. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues related to operating systems (OS), hardware, and software, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laptop hardware and OS-related problems
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and network connectivity issues
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems related to Windows operating systems
  • Assist in resolving technical issues with software installations, updates, and configurations
  • Collaborate with developers or other technical teams to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with website testing and basic WordPress maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
