Job Opportunity: Bid Specialist

The role of the Bid Specialist involves managing the end-to-end bid process for government and enterprise RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.

This includes coordinating with internal teams to gather accurate content, pricing, and compliance information, analyzing tender documents to identify key requirements, risks, and winning themes, developing high-impact proposal content tailored to customer needs and aligned with company capabilities, and maintaining a centralized repository of bid documents, templates, past submissions, and response libraries.

  • Lead the full bid lifecycle, including qualification, response strategy, and final submission.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop strategic proposal content that showcases company capabilities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of bid documents and templates.
  • Monitor industry sources and tender sites for upcoming opportunities.
  • Manage post-submission activities, including clarifications and negotiations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end bid management from tender analysis to final submission.
  • Collaboration with internal teams for content and pricing information.
  • Analysis of tender documents for key requirements and risks.
  • Proposal development for customer needs and company capabilities.
