Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team at AccorHotel. As the Director of Culinary, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless execution from purchasing and inventory management to employee training and development.
Main Responsibilities- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure consistency and highest quality in food taste, presentation, and temperature for all kitchens.
- Cleanliness and Grooming: Maintain the quality and cleanliness of all food displays to meet company standards.
- Creativity and Communication: Foster maximum creativity in food displays and ensure smooth communication among employees.
- Maintain stock levels required for all services.
- Ensure good kitchen practices are maintained by example and instruction.
- Develop extensive knowledge of Resort facilities and services.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary and F&B Arts or related field.
- 10 years experience as a professional chef with 3 years in a senior management role.
- Culinary certification from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of food trends and culinary techniques.
In this Full-time position, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
