Executive Culinary Manager

As a Hotel Chef at Naukripay, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our hotel. This includes:
- Developing and implementing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Leading and managing a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Managing kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Ensuring that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge, with the ability to develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
