Job Summary

The Indian Hotels Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the kitchen operations in our esteemed establishments. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Develop and implement effective menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain strategies
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with chefs, sous chefs, and other department heads to drive menu innovation and consistency
  • Monitor kitchen operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel food and beverage operations
  • High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
