About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at SUJÁN. As an integral member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating innovative and creative cuisine that showcases your exceptional cooking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute menus that consistently deliver high-quality dishes, showcasing your creativity and expertise.
- Lead and manage a team of chefs, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with our kitchen team to maintain a smooth-running kitchen environment, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Contribute to menu planning, from conceptualization to execution, working closely with our culinary team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
