We are seeking an experienced AI Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at Spot Your Leaders & Consulting. This is a high-profile opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth, innovation, and success in the AI sales space.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation. They will cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, understand their business needs, and align AI solutions accordingly. Meeting and exceeding revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for AI sales and new business development.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and position the organization as a market leader in AI-driven solutions.
  • Drive sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Cultivate relationships with enterprise clients and align AI solutions accordingly.
  • Meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing AI sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Enable the team with training, tools, and resources to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of AI industry trends and identify potential disruptions and opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, with at least 5 years focused on AI or emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-growth sales organizations.
  • A strong network and experience engaging with C-suite executives across industries.
  • A deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in solving business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks to support your career growth and well-being.
