About this role
We're seeking an experienced Retail Training Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training content to retail store teams across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the retail industry and experience in training and development. They should also be enthusiastic about field work and building people capability on the shopfloor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance retail store team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging training content
- Provide coaching and mentoring to retail store teams to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Maintain records of training activities and track progress
