Luxury Retail Training Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned training professional to join our team in Bangalore. This strategic role involves designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives to elevate our boutique teams' service, expertise, and brand storytelling.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in luxury retail training, ideally in boutique environments and L&D roles. They should have demonstrated ability to build, deliver, and manage training programs across product knowledge, customer service, and coaching techniques.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting training needs analysis to design and implement training calendars and schedules aligned with business goals.
- Developing and delivering engaging training modules, including 'Train-the-Trainer' programs, coaching plans, and product/service immersion sessions.
- Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness, using KPIs, feedback, and mystery shopping results to refine programs and ensure a strong ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong strategic mindset with experience tracking performance analytics, KPIs, and ROI.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for training coordination and reporting.
