Retail Training Specialist

As a Regional Retail Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing our retail team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who have experience in training teams to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for retail teams both in-person and remotely.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge training to ensure the retail team is equipped to confidently present and sell products.
- Deliver training on sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer service, and other relevant skills to enhance the retail team's performance.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires and familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Assess the performance of the sales team during training sessions and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address performance gaps.
- Work closely with store and cluster managers to align training initiatives with sales goals and identify specific training needs.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years' experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or in a similar training role.
- Strong knowledge of retail industry practices, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other training software/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
- Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi.
