Today, we're operating at a ₹120 Cr ARR and scaling fast.As we expand across India, launch new stores, and roll out fresh collections weekly, we're reimagining what modern ethnic wear can look and feel like — inclusive, comfortable, stylish, and accessible.About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and proactive Retail Training Associate who understands the nuances of Indian ethnic wear and has hands-on experience in training store teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about field work, creating effective training content, and building people capability on the shopfloor.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, customer experience, ethnic wear styling, SOPs, and sales techniques.Understand the brand's ethos and effectively communicate it to the frontline and store teams.Conduct regular store visits to assess team performance, identify training needs, and offer on-ground coaching.Create presentations, assessments, and visual learning aids tailored to store roles.Drive training for new joiners, along with refresher programs for existing staff.Collaborate with retail and HR teams to align training plans with business objectives.Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPIs like conversion rates and customer feedback.Build a culture of learning and growth within the retail team.What We're Looking For:3–4 years of experience in retail training, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear brands.Strong understanding of Indian wear fabrics, fits, and styling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to travel frequently to stores across cities.Proficient in MS Power Point, Excel, and basic design tools (optional but a plus).Self-driven, people-oriented, and organized.What You'll Get:A chance to grow with a fast-scaling Indian ethnic wear brand.High visibility and impact role in shaping customer experience through team development.A vibrant and collaborative work culture.Opportunities to travel, train, and innovate in the learning space.
