Are you eager to develop your skills and boost your career prospects? This six-month trainee opportunity is perfect for those who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment.

The program consists of two phases: classroom training and on-the-job training. During the classroom phase, you will undergo 15 days of comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills. Subsequently, you will be assigned to various partner retail stores for on-the-job training, where you will receive a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.

This initiative aims to enhance employability among India's youth by providing them with valuable work experience and industry-specific skills. Upon completion of the training period, you will receive a certification that can significantly boost your job prospects.

Key highlights of this initiative include:

Eligibility criteria for this role are:

  • Age limit: 18 years or above as per Aadhaar card
