About the Position
We are seeking warm, confident individuals to join our luxury diamond ring brand as Client Advisors. This is an opportunity to work with clients, guide them through a personalized buying experience, and be part of a brand built on craftsmanship and timeless style.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Styling: Assist clients in discovering their perfect ring or jewellery piece, offering thoughtful styling advice and sharing the story behind each design.
- Luxury Experience Delivery: Ensure every client interaction feels exclusive, memorable, and in line with high standards of hospitality.
- Product Presentation: Maintain immaculate displays that reflect our brand's elegance and attention to detail.
- After-Sales Care: Guide clients through sizing, customization, maintenance, and long-term care of their jewellery.
- Store Ambience & Process: Maintain a refined, welcoming, and organized store environment at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education in Business, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Jewellery, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills with natural warmth and confidence.
- Interest in jewellery, styling, and luxury craftsmanship.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Team player with a client-first mindset.
