Who are we looking for?

As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Key account managers for handling client accounts.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude in networking and building relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player.
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Experience in handling key accounts.
  • Experience in revenue generation and retention
  • Responsible and should have managed the P&L for their respective portfolio
  • Should have managed a team.
  • Having experience in Health Insurtech/Healthcare Insurance will be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Drive P&L along with the team
  • Drive revenue retention, enhancement and relationship
  • Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborating to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Will be responsible for complete handholding with customer till the revenue realization.
