Retail Training Professional

This role is responsible for developing and implementing high-impact training programs to equip new hires with the necessary skills for success. Key responsibilities include conducting engaging classroom training sessions, executing CRT and OJT programs, monitoring learner progress, tracking and analyzing performance data, identifying trends in employee productivity, and recommending targeted learning interventions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ Years of experience in Retail Training or a related field.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in CRT implementation, store-level coaching, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and sales training principles.
As a key member of the training team, you will collaborate with Zonal Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers to align training initiatives with business goals and drive results-oriented training programs.
Training databases, attendance records, trainer productivity, and performance dashboards are used to track and measure training effectiveness.
