Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced training professional to drive our overall or individualized training and development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs.
  • Deploy a range of training methods, including on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and virtual learning.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify regional training requirements and devise strategies to meet them.
  • Deliver effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and suggest improvements where necessary.

Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail industry

Additional Information:

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A strong background in adult education and training is essential.
