Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored training programs for diverse user groups.
- Conduct engaging online and in-person training sessions across various locations.
- Customize training to align with client-specific business processes, industry practices, and software configurations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery through surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments.
- Create documentation, including user manuals, video tutorials, and quick-reference guides.
- Provide first-line support to users during initial rollout phases.
- Collaborate with product development and support teams to stay updated on software enhancements.
- Track and report training metrics, such as user adoption rates and satisfaction scores.
- Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and mentor internal trainers or super-users.
About Us
We are seeking an experienced trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse end-user groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and user enablement, with experience delivering training in ERP, Telco CRM, BSS, Inventory Management, Sales & Distribution, or Incentive & Commission systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering training in enterprise software systems.
