Job Title: Retail Training Associate

A leading Indian fashion brand is seeking a passionate and proactive Retail Training Specialist who understands the nuances of ethnic wear and has hands-on experience in training store teams across multiple locations.

  • The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, customer experience, ethnic wear styling, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and sales techniques.
  • They must understand the brand's ethos and effectively communicate it to frontline and store teams.
  • Regular store visits will be required to assess team performance, identify training needs, and offer on-ground coaching.
  • The selected candidate will create presentations, assessments, and visual learning aids tailored to store roles.
  • They will drive training for new joiners, along with refresher programs for existing staff.
  • Collaboration with retail and human resources teams is essential to align training plans with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, customer experience, ethnic wear styling, SOPs, and sales techniques.
  2. Understand the brand's ethos and effectively communicate it to frontline and store teams.
  3. Conduct regular store visits to assess team performance, identify training needs, and offer on-ground coaching.
  4. Create presentations, assessments, and visual learning aids tailored to store roles.
  5. Drive training for new joiners, along with refresher programs for existing staff.
  6. Collaborate with retail and HR teams to align training plans with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in retail training, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear brands.
  • Strong understanding of Indian wear fabrics, fits, and styling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to stores across cities.
  • Proficient in MS Power Point, Excel, and basic design tools (optional but a plus).
  • Self-driven, people-oriented, and organized.
