Enterprise Sales Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Sales Specialist at OpenText, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the West India market, focusing on large BFSI accounts based out of Mumbai. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of OpenText products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain a professional network of contacts within the BFSI sector, with a focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with account managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and execute sales plans.
- Utilize sales tools and technologies, such as Siebel, to manage sales activities and analyze customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of advanced sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the BFSI sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, and to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
