Job Description:
Sales Growth Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to drive the penetration of our CV portfolio and engage in market development. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new partnerships, managing a team of TSEs, and synergizing with various departments to drive CV growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize to drive penetration of our CV portfolio and engage in market development
- Establish new UPP platform and its application
- Manage a team of TSEs to undertake market activation, visits, competitor intelligence gathering
- Synergize with ASM, FD, Financiers & others to drive CV growth
Preferred Industries:
- Consumer FMCG / Food
- Automotive Industry
Education Qualification:
- MBA; Post Graduate Dip in Mgmt
- General Experience: Core Automotive Sales/ FMCG sales,Experience of 3- 8 years
Critical Experience:
- System Generated Core Skills: Credit Management, Consumer Focus, Manpower Management, Dealer Relationship Management, Manpower Planning, Market Acumen, Sales Planning, Capability Building
