Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DCS Group in Jaipur, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, driving sales revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or business development environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Strong financial data analysis and forecasting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Good understanding of business and finance principles, including accounting and budgeting.
