Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for acquiring merchants and retailers from various segments.
• Source, generate, and close new acquisition & activation signing leads efficiently.
• Manage a team of direct sales professionals, guiding them through acquisition and relationship management processes.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills in sales and relationships.
• Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
• Travel across the city to develop and grow local markets, contributing significantly to overall success.
• Achieve set sales targets while ensuring adherence to company goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in business development or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices, along with coaching abilities to develop others' skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, capable of resolving issues efficiently.
• Problem-solving, leadership, and team building are crucial for success in this position.

Salary Information:
Our compensation package includes an estimated annual salary between ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 based on your performance, experience, and qualifications.
