**Qualifications and Skills**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or telemarketing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
