Job Title: Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for partnering with external stakeholders to ensure successful relationships and maximum value from our programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our partner programme, understanding its structure, benefits, and requirements, and educate partners on optimal use.
  • Portal Navigation: Assist partners in navigating our portal, troubleshoot any portal-related issues, and escalate technical problems as needed.
  • Responsiveness: Respond promptly and accurately to partner inquiries and requests, engage with partners to gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication: Coordinate partner-related tickets/requests routed to our teams, facilitate communication between partners and teams, and project manage accordingly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, issues, and resolutions, create reports and insights on partner feedback and requirements.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and resources to support partners, offer ongoing guidance as they navigate compliance-related challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Expertise in customer-facing technologies or software solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
