Job Summary:

Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing distributor relationships in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver revenue and sales targets through effective distributor management and channel partner appointments.
  • Appoint and manage distributors in defined market geography to ensure reliable and effective service.
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity.
  • Visit markets and distributors to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
  • Drive extraction from covered sites and towns to achieve quality gross and tertiary targets.
Requirements:
  • 5-11 years of experience in the telecommunications or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Effective distributor management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Motivation and ability to drive results with minimal guidance.
  • Graduate degree, preferably with an MBA.
  • Proficiency in English and local market language.
