Job Summary
We seek an experienced Account Growth Specialist to spearhead our sales efforts in Visakhapatnam, IN.
This role will be responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead management to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and track other key parameters.
- Develop and execute client acquisition campaigns to build a strong presence in the regional market.
- Service delivery and client retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Achieve targets in designated areas by leveraging sales expertise and industry knowledge.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
- Proven success in real estate sales or related industries.
- An outgoing personality and confidence in delivering presentations.
- Resilience, persistence, and passion for selling.
- Strong implementation skills and dexterity in communicating with people at all levels.
