Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take on a leadership role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and manage distributors to promote prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges.
  • Ensure distributor monthly target achievements.
  • Visit markets as per performance journey plan to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
  • Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross and tertiary.

Requirements:

  • 5-11 years of experience in telco/FMCG.
  • Effective distributor management skills.
  • Motivation and ability to build capability.
  • Skilled in conflict management.
  • Self-driven with minimal guidance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA preferred.
  • English and local market language skills.
  • Ability to interpret and construct performance reports.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for appointing and managing channel partners in defined market geography. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver revenue and sales targets, expand town coverage and distribution outlets, and drive extraction from covered sites and towns.
