Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving the expansion of a new USA service business through sales and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling niche services to the US market, leveraging digital marketing strategies and scaling quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team by providing guidance, training, and resources.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling businesses, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a focus on business strategy, management, or entrepreneurship.
