About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Strategist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective solutions are delivered to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Assist in creating business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but a plus).
