About the Role:This exciting opportunity is a key position in driving operational excellence and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) at our site. As an Operations Excellence Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating efforts to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the PU2 Site.
You will assess current processes and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities by utilizing organizational, analytical, Lean, and Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies. Your role involves executing value stream mapping and improvement projects at the site, as well as mentoring OE associates and relevant employees to apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze and improve processes, identifying areas of waste and implementing corrective actions
- Mentor and train employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and achieve business goals
- Monitor and report performance metrics and progress towards business objectives
- Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving business results
