Job Overview:

  • The Business Transformation Strategist will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs using AI, data science, and process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Key qualifications include a strong background in transformation projects, experience with process automation, digital transformation, and data science. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning transformation initiatives with strategic business goals and driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage lean principles to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Conduct value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process simulations to uncover opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong command of AI/ML platforms, particularly Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs.
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
