About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer engagement strategy, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to deliver seamless marketing experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective campaign execution
  • Build and configure Customer Journeys to create personalized interactions that enhance customer loyalty
  • Design and implement lead generation forms, surveys, and cloud pages to streamline data collection
  • Execute campaigns and provide ongoing consultation and training to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintain close relationships with CRM owners to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Create and manage Segments in Data Cloud to gain valuable insights into customer behavior

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, hold relevant certifications (including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant), and demonstrate expertise in multiple areas of the platform.
