Job Description

The role of the Business Systems Specialist is to ensure the accurate and efficient functioning of sales tools. The primary focus will be on driving system enhancements, resolving Tier 2 support requests, and demonstrating a thorough understanding of role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy, and territory hierarchy.

Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between IT Development and business functions, gathering business requirements, documenting, prioritizing, and testing in an Agile environment. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and resolving tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.

The successful candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and IT to research and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Clari. They will also partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and our Revenue Acceleration team to understand business requirements for systemic enhancements and then execute them through an Agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9+ years of professional experience in system and tools support, with a strong background in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certification is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, terminology, and best practices, with particular focus on data security.
