ERP Systems Consultant Specialist

Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Systems Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for configuring and customizing ERP systems, working closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.

  • Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients globally for project delivery.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in ERP systems.
  • Configure and customize finance, procurement & sourcing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, inventory management, and supply chain management modules.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops.
  • Prepare project documentation, including business process documents, functional design documents, and training manuals.
  • Stay updated with ERP system roadmaps, new features, and best practices to recommend process improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in finance and operations modules.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an ERP Systems Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in key modules: finance (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, cash and bank management)
  • Supply chain management (procurement, inventory, warehouse, sales and distribution)
  • Experience in fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate / Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
