Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient business processes that drive organizational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Workday, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Designing and implementing new features and enhancements in the ERP system
  • Configuring and customizing the ERP system to meet business requirements
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
