Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven data analytics professional to join our team as a Celonis Implementation Engineer/Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in process mining and hands-on experience with Celonis EMS.
Main Responsibilities- Celonis EMS Configuration: Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for client projects, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.
- Data Analysis & Transformation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce using SQL, PQL, and ETL tools.
- Process Optimization: Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommending process improvements to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Celonis product updates and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business value and growth.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS.
Technical skills include proficiency in SQL, PQL, ETL tools, ERP systems, and scripting languages like Python and JavaScript.
Soft skills include excellent communication, analytical mindset, self-driven work ethic, and comfort working remotely.
