Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to take on key responsibilities within our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations, with a minimum of 1.3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify purchase and sales bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Manage cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in accounting books or ERP systems.
  • Liaise with vendors and bankers for daily operations, including LC documentation and payments via NEFT/RTGS.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements, salary and wages computations, and maintain salary and attendance registers.
  • Assist in the finalization of accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.
  • Prepare management information system (MIS) reports.

Statutory Compliances:

  • Income Tax: Compute and pay TDS, e-file returns, issue Form 16/16A, compute advance tax, and file ITR.
  • GST: Register, amend, generate challans, file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, annual returns, claim refunds, conduct audits, and create E-Way bills.
  • PF & ESI: Make monthly contributions, generate UANs, transfer/withdraw funds, and register employees under PF/ESI.
  • Legacy Compliances: VAT/CST, Excise Duty – file, reconcile, and provide audit support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum: B.Com (Accounting/Finance).
  • Preferred: M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple statutory timelines.
